First things First

The very first thing we do is to determine where you are at right now with your organization.  Getting to know your company, what products and services you offer, and what your goals are, is very important in moving forward.  Our goal is to assist you in increaseing your revenue, social impact, and peace of mind.

For New Sites

1. We begin with verifying your registration and makeing sure DNS is setup properly.
2. Next we set your organization up with a Google Apps account if you do not already have one.  Google Apps has Free and Business levels and will become the cornerstone of your organization. 3. We then begin working on the design of your new site.  After a draft is produced, you review it and provide feedback.
4. Once a design and layout has been agreed on we start turning that into a site by installing our cutting edge CMS on the server.
5. While the site and design is being created, we work with you to determine what content will be available on the site at launch.
6. While building a site we always work to make pages and content Search Engine Friendly and apply basic optimization at the same time.
7. After a site is launched we get into growing your traffic and sales.

Marketing and Advertising

1. We start off with an analysis of your Primary Industry.  This helps determine who your competitors are, what sub-markets you might be in, and what keywords and phrases we should be targeting.
2. We then begin pushing your brand out to all relevant social networks like Facebook and Twitter.  If your site will be publishing periodic news we may create a WordPress and/or Blogger blog.  We pay special attention to the saturation of your industry in any established blog networks.  This is so we don't waste a lot of time and money up front if your competitors have already established a heavy presence in that network.
3. After getting your brand settled in place we will then begin pushing out content through those networks.
4. If you have the budget for Pay-per-Click this is where we go next; Creating campaigns and ad-groups.  At this time we also create the necessary landing pages to match the message from your Ads.
5. Over time we monitor your sites and work to increase traffic as well as conversions!
